It is more than likely that on some occasion we need to pass files from the computer to our Android device. For it in Windows is more than easy, as in Linux in general. But Mac users do not have it that easy because natively you cannot visualize the internal content of the device as if it were a disk drive.
Here are some tips to transfer photos, music, documents and much more from the Android device to your mac.
Photos and videos
To transfer photos and videos from an Android device to an iOS device, use a computer with iTunes:
- Connect the Android device to the computer, and look for your photos and videos. On most devices, these files are located in DCIM> Camera. On a Mac, install Commander One - an alternative to Android File Transfer, open it, and then go to> Camera.
- Select the photos and videos you want to transfer and drag them to a folder on your computer.
- Disconnect the Android device from the computer and then connect the iPhone.
- Open iTunes on your computer and synchronize the photos on the iPhone. On the iPhone, you can find photos and videos in Photos> Albums.
You can also use the iCloud Photo Library to keep photos and videos in iCloud, so you can access your library from any device whenever you want.
Music
When you switch to an iPhone, you can take your music with you. You only need a computer with iTunes to transfer the music. If you use a music streaming app, go to the App Store, download the app, and then log in with your username and password. If you use Apple Music, you just have to log in to the iOS device.

Books and PDF files

Browse, search and organize your files easily in one place, regardless of whether you store them on an iOS device, in iCloud Drive or in another service such as Dropbox or Box.
The Pages, Numbers and Keynote apps for iOS work with various types of files, including Microsoft Office documents. If you do not use the cloud to transfer your documents, download the apps:
